What happens if there is inclement weather?
If your picnic has to be canceled due to high winds or rain/storms, we will work with you to reschedule to another time. If we are unable to reschedule your picnic, you will receive a full refund.
What is your cancellation/refund policy?
Upon finalizing a date, we do require a 50% deposit to hold your reservation. The final 50% will be due 24 hours prior to your event. You will receive a 100% refund if you cancel within 72 hours of your scheduled event. If you cancel after 72 hours, your deposit becomes non-refundable.
Do you offer food/beverage?
Still water, flavored sparkling water, and ice are included in your picnic package. We do not provide food; however, we can offer a list of local recommendations upon request. We do provide a food delivery service for an additional cost. You are also welcome to bring your own food and beverage.
Where can I have my picnic?
We are based out of Beach Haven in Long Beach Island, New Jersey. Picnics can be held at the beach or we can come to your home! We provide services anywhere on the island.
What is included with my picnic?
We provide a luxury picnic set-up that is curated to your preferences! We have different themes to choose from and once the theme is established, we provide an entire set-up including low tables, tailored table scape, cooler with still and sparkling water with ice, pillows, blankets, custom chalkboard message, bluetooth speaker, and fringe umbrella. We also have an add-on menu that can be added to your picnic at an additional cost. Check out our Packages page for more info!
When are you available for picnics?
We are available mid-May through mid-October for picnics. We are currently only providing services Friday evenings thru Sunday. If your picnic is on the beach, we start at 6pm - sunset. If your picnic is home-based, we are able to start anytime after 10am. All picnics are 2 hours. We can extend the time for an additional fee.
